PAPER PATTERN size UK 6 to 20: The Willow Overalls patterns comes in a show stopping wide leg (version 1) and also an everyday chino leg (version 2). Designed to suit your style and the turning seasons.
- Beginner friendly ~ pattern is made with simple techniques
- Crotch depth is noted in the instructions with clear lines on pattern so you know where to make alterations if the fit needs tweaking for you.
- Can be sewn in a range of fabrics from lightweight to heavy. (linens to denims / corduroy)
- Patterns are NOT graded to larger size, but are instead cut from a different block, this means for you a better more flatter fit.
Beatha is Scottish Gaelic for ‘life’ or ‘being’. I’ve chosen this to represent my original size pool because for me sewing is a huge form of self expression and I’d be utterly lost without it. The Beatha block is based on a C cup, height 5’5″ and cut for an hourglass figure. This size chart is based on a 2″ increase/decrease in sizing from the base block size. There is a slight overlap between body measurements in this and the Saorsa range, with size 20 being the numerical size in common, but the base block is of course different.
Requirements are approx based on largest cut size; allow additional fabric if you would normally lengthen pattern; inside leg measurement is noted on the sizing chart.
Pipedream Patterns is headed by Joann, an independant Scottish Designer.
