There's been a tragic fire in our building, currently we have no access to our shop and the stock isn't salvageable. Oct 2024 UPDATE : we have access, however the entire shop has deteriorated, in the months of no access. Mould and damp have taken over. Currently emptying contents, until the roof has been reinstated, the shop cannot be repaired as not water tight.

Incredibly versatile, our yarn-dyed* 100% cotton gingham fabric is ideal as a dress fabric and eternally popular for school uniforms, tablecloths, bunting, curtains, aprons, cushions and craft projects.

*Yarn-dyed fabric is produced from pre-dyed yarns, differing from piece-dyed fabric which is dyed after the cloth is woven.

  • Washing instructions: Manufacturer says: 30 degree machine wash. Cool tumble-dry. We strongly recommend testing a small piece first to be sure.  Colour likely to run, prewashing advisable.

Our fabrics are sold by the half metre, so 3 quantity would be 1.5 metres sent as one continuous length.
