Description

Fold over elastic (or FOE as it is sometimes known)  is a flat elastic with a fold line down the middle that encases the raw edge of fabric.  Most commonly used for underwear (bras, knickers and straps) it can also be used to finish necklines and cuffs on garments and even as an alternative to bias binding.  This elastic has a matte and a shiny side and either side can be used depending on the look you want.

When you apply it, stretch lightly whilst sewing with a zigzag stitch.    Soft to touch, nice stretch and good recovery.
